This Thor H-SPARTAN-4 is 4 HDMI low latency LAN encoder and WAN streamer, utilizing H.264 encoding, AC3 or MPEG1 Audio encoding

It can be used as a 4 Ch HDMI or 4ch CVBS, or a mix of both, IP streaming device. Ideally used for UDP/RTP multicast over LAN or It could be used as streaming device over public internet WAN using HLS, HTTP. RTMP

Easy to use and simple to setup; this single 1RU chassis has been designed to stream MPEG4 video directly to websites like YouTube and Facebook for streaming applications.
