A frequency response of 80 Hz to 16 kHz gives you a wide audible range, while an SPL of 100 dB allows you to record louder sounds without distortion. Being cardioid in polar pattern, the microphone exhibits a directionality that focuses the sound wherever you’re pointing the device, providing a measure of rejection to any audio hitting the sides of the mic. The CVM-VM10-K2 includes a ball-joint mini tripod and extendable smartphone clamp which provides further stabilization to your video.
