Board of directors
The entity is managed by the Managing Director supported by a team of executives heading different corporate clusters. The Managing Directors is accountable to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors convenes board meetings on a quarterly basis to assess the entity’s performance. The Board of Directors is accountable to the shareholder being the City of Johannesburg.
